Wow. The Indie Planet team went down to Greenville and had a great time. The event was broken down into several different gatherings and after parties throughout the weekend starting with a Meet and Greet at Club LaRoka on Pleasantburg and ending with a Niche Carolina Block Party on Sunday.
There was so much going on and so little sleep that it actually felt like a week. I can truly say I enjoyed every minute of it. The IPTV crew was energized by this trip and I think… Continue
Indie Planet will be in Greenville making sure the world gets to see all the talent in South Carolina.
I'm glad I ran into Shera and Marcus (event organizers) backstage in Atlanta last month or else I might have found out about the event too late to properly plan for it!!
We'll be delivering some quality event photos and interviews for our viewers and members of the site once we get back. My thoughts are that we have way too much exclusive interviews and footage… Continue

Days of Hip-Hop Television based in Greensboro, NC ran into yours truly right after my panel presentation on How to Make Money Using the Internet in Charlotte, NC as part of the third Hood Hard Day Conference. Pretty good interview, focus on the words delivered, not the picture quality.

Montreal based hip-hop production site Illmuzik.com interview with me. One of the top dogs on Illmuzik.com - Relic (who is also a member of this site) runs Illmuzik Radio from out of his base of operations in Charlotte, NC.
Just so happens that I was in Charlotte to speak at an music industry conference known as Hood Hard Day so we got together and did an interview and hung out.
I always enjoy speaking about Social Networking sites and how to integrate them into your businessplan both as an Entertainment entity and as a "traditional" businessperson. The questions were good and we even went over an extra 20 minutes just answering questions.
The entire presentation was filmed in High Definition and I may distribute a few segments to my online outlets that I do written columns or radio segments, we'll see how that lines up.
The entire… Continue

I received this clip from a promotions company. It's for a new project on the scene call The Minisode Network where they take classic shows and somehow shrink them down to 5-10 min while keeping the show concept intact. Interesting.

Had a good birthday celebration today - the theme of the day was relaxation!
Got a MUCH needed massage and did a few other nice things, had a great dinner, cake etc.
The hardest thing to do actually was take a whole day off - I need to do more of that!
I'm re-reading this excellent business book about a business man who basically outsourced
his entire life's activities to assistants and only "works" a few hours a week and spends the rest
living,… Continue

Banner's performance at the Apple Store in Atlanta's Lenox Mall did not disappoint. He…
