Abiogenesis’ the International Folk fusion band  from  India will be releasing a new album titled ‘Tales In Harmony on  20th July 2024  and will be available for streaming and purchase on all International major digital platforms like Spotify, Apple Music, Amazon Music, Deezer.

The new album is in their signature Naga Howeymusic genre which is a fusion of Naga folk tunes & elements with various forms of modern rhythms and has seven tracks with six Naga folk fusion and one with Indian beats.

The seven tracks are a mixture of both vocals and  instrumentals  with the indigenous Naga wind bamboo musical instrument called Bamhum as the leading instrument, which gives the raw exotic  tone blended with Naga chants & cries and occasional choruses.

Tikzik, the bamboo percussion with multiple sounds is also played in most of the tracks. Incorporation of  Bamhum and tikzik into their music brought about a huge change to how Abiogenesis sounds today which also makes them unique and different from other bands.

Abiogenesis are Arenla Subong on Vocals & lead bamhum, Aso Kinavi Yim on drums & Tikzik, Kora Aier on Bass and Moa Subong on rhythm guitar, bamhum & harmonica. So keep. Stay tuned for more updates.
