The song is about making ourselves happy during the crisis. The title is translated to English as "Make Yourself Happy". In my rap I describe how I'm keeping myself busy, what hobbies I have and how I use them to keep myself happy during difficult times. That way I'm not telling anyone what to do, but just to let them know there are ways to keep yourself busy and don't let the walls creep up on you.
