Nas Drops His Views on Chicago Youth, Senseless Killing (Video)

In the video clip provided courtesy of BET, hosted by Worldstarhiphop.com, Nas discusses the killing of the young boy from Chicago who was an honors student that has made headlines throughout the mainstream media and hip hop culture. For those who haven't seen the video, the killing was videotaped for the world to see.
In reaction to the killing, Nas penned an open letter to Chicago youth via his blog on Global Grind.
BET read the letter and brought Nas on 106 and Park to discuss in greater detail.
Surprised at the lack of hip hop artist discussion of this killing, even from Chicago artists. Common was on Andersen Cooper but definitely shout out to Nas, he dropped a lot of real conversation.
