Wes Shephard, also known as “Fresh Wess” is an emerging artist from Stockton, California. His passion for writing music started at the early age of 12. During this period, he developed the ability to remember his lyrics extremely fast. “I believe repetition is the father of learning”, said Wes. Growing up in Stockton was no walk in the park. In 2009, Stockton was rated in the top 5 as one of the most dangerous cities to live in. He believes the city that most fear, is one in which he credits for developing him into the young man he is today. Unlike the artist & familiar sound that comes from Northern California, Fresh Wess has a unique style that separates him from most.
