FOLAJI is an artist unlike any other in his own right. An artist extroidinaire who loves to create stimulating music with lyrics that captivate the soul. You may have seen FOLAJI acting in Showtime's "Shameless"(season 6, episode 8) guest starring opposite William H. Macy and Ethan Cutkosky. He is also an award winning actor and associate producer known for Dances With Wolves Audience Award official selection "Being Back Enough" which is streaming on Hulu and Amazon. He also starred in a Short film called Discharge which went to Cannes.

FOLAJI founded an independent record label Guru Music Group with inspiration from Guru from Gangstarr. There's never before seen footage of Guru that the label will promote describing how we need to take ownership and tell our own stories. This is a Hip-Hoperation. FOLAJI being the CEO has executive produced artists Yonn Vega and Semaj who are part of the GURU team or GS Guru Squad. Whats unique is that they are blood cousins who come together in the spirit of our love for music. Led by FOLAJI who had produced FOLAJI EP, OGUN Tapes, and HOLLY SAN MARCUS, Guru Music Group is sure to succeed. FOLAJI is currently working on a project called Epiphany and a studio album titled "The TIgerian." When the stars align is when you see FOLAJI giving his intoxicating inspiration with a twist of reality. Working through hip-hip and incorporating afro-beat, FOLAJI intends to branch out into a universal sound orchestrated by his talented lyricism, flow, and cadence.
