The artist from New Orleans began writing raps at the age of 8, and went to the studio for his first time at age 15. Back in 2016 Devin was shot in the front of the house where he was raising his kids and after recovering dove head first into his rap career. Using such a traumatic event as inspiration to chase your dreams is truly admirable.
