6th Annual Baltimore Crown Awards Celebrates the Bmore Music Community

The 6th annual Baltimore Crown Awards are TONIGHT. This event sets the standard for Hip-Hop events in that it runs very organized and is able to host the entire Baltimore and surrounding areas without any drama or incidents. This year's awards features Navasha Daya as the special guest performer, a top notch cypher of Baltimore's top MCs, Spoken Word feature, and Producer beat battle. 

For the out-of-towners who want to connect to the Baltimore music community, below are the details followed the nominees and award categories. 

Where: 5 Seasons 830 Guilford Ave, Baltimore MD 

When: Doors open at 7pm (Get there early)

Cost: $10 

Host: Permiss and DJ Harvey Dent on the 1s and 2s 

Parking: There is free parking outside of the 5 Seasons venue but you better arrive early. There is street parking too. No parking garages. Learn to parallel park. 

The Legacy Awards will designate the following individuals into the 2012 Baltimore Legends Circle, which is the Baltimore Crown Hall of Fame. These are for the people who have put an indeniable stamp on Baltimore hip-hop and music community.

Judah's Juke Joint staff, Freaky Felony, Maine Izm, Lisa Stant, WPB Radio, Shaka Pitts, Bmore's Very Own Blogspot, Lisa Champlain Suit (founder of Baltimore Music's Conferance), and Noise in the Basement, Jon Cash, Poetry247.com, Swaggnation, Kariz of Kariz Kids, Lano-Hip hop for the Homeless
