Helped the Hip Hop culture evolve

Discuss songs from these record labels that have shaped Hip Hop music during the course of thier 18 years of broadcasting;

Recent changes within the dynamic of the record label and how it is viewed by the public: Numerous new artists have gained notoriety and maintained fan-bases without even being signed.

Its affect by the increase of popularity in reference to the internet: new artist have actually obtained recording deals with labels because of their internet popularity.
