- Yo it was a spur of the moment type thing when I sold the 4000. Now everythings getting microsized except for records. They need to make mini vinyl...u know it got the same vinyl sound and feel put it's the size of a penny. YO YOU BETTER HIT UP THAT ROCK THE BELLS!!!! WISH I WAS THERE NO DOUBT!!!!!
- No need for mini vinyl just record the vinyl direct to any .wav editing software before you hit the ship and you're good trust me on that one.
Rock the Bells is gonna be a classic lineup - can't wait for that one. Lot of good shows coming up in the area!

- Well I just copped an MPC 1000. I got rid of the 4000 a few years back...just to big to lug around. Anyway I got that coming and some sample disks. Unfortunatly I can't do much sampling myself out here but I've got plenty of time to do the rest. Imma just use that and my laptop and see what happens.

You got rid of the 4000 ?!?! We coulda worked out some kind of deal on the homeboy discount. The 1000 is good for you since you're always on the go, you could literally lay on the beach and make a beat now.
As far as samples, buy Soundforge (for now) and just sample CDs or old records that you download. I use Soundforge and Cool Edit for just about everything and you can even record vocals into cool edit.
