JPBTV Cancels Ripple Effect and Hip Hop Buffet Series?!

For those of you unaware of the Pittsburgh hip hop scene, CEO of JPB Inc, Da Button Pusha has been putting in serious work for years in support of the underground and independent scene.
She recently announced that after the series finale of the Ripple Effect and Hip Hop Buffet, the two showcases will be put to rest.

The Ripple Effect has been running strong for 6 years and Hip Hop Buffet Series has been on and running for 4 years. Both started off as showcases that displayed talent from the Pittsburgh hip-hop community. The brand expanded to host up to 2,000 artists from varying regions and became a venue where up and coming artists can earn their stripes. Both expanded in television series that aired in different states.

While Da Button Pusha will continue to support the scene through events and JPBTV.com, we at Indie Planet SALUTE the hard work you put in for the Pittsburgh hip hop scene.
